Satisfied is an Airbnb with a big gorgeous bathtub. 

Delight is that same bathtub accompanied by bath oils, epsom salts and a note welcoming you to your destination.

Both exceptional customer service and design, when successful, are filled with delight! My 6+ in Customer Experience make me an expert in research and delight! There is nothing I enjoy more than getting to the root of the problem.

  • Finding perfectly ripe fruit at the grocery store! (grapes, blueberries)
